Handling a Return
Out of Stock Items
We make every effort to maintain constant contact with our suppliers with regards to product inventory. However, outages do occur. If a product you order is out of stock we will notify you immediately and offer you one of the following options
1) Choose a different or simular item that is available. We will adjust for any price difference in the item and subject to your approval ship the new item.
2) If a back order exsists we will offer you the option of waiting for the product and give you the approximate ship date of the item.
3) Offer you a complete refund.

Returned Merchandise
We work hard to provide quality products for you and your dog and your satisfaction is important to us. Sometimes, however an item may need to be returned.
Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of its arrival in your home. Contact us immediately if your receive an item that is broken or damaged as the shipper may be responsible for replacement of the item. We will work with you and the shipper to either replace the item(s) or issue a refund.
If the item is defective and not the responsibility of the shipper we will provide you with specific information to return the item to the manufacturer or supplier. Somemanufacturer's require a "pre-authorization" for a return. We will obtain any necessary information and provide you with complete instructions on how to return the item. You may replace the item or request a refund.
Some items may not be returned. These include all special order clothing items, certain clearance merchandise and certain grooming items. If you have a question as to whether an item can be returned please send us an e-mail BEFORE you order and we'll provide you with specific information about the product. Clothing that has been made special for your dog is NON RETURNABLE! Before your order measure your dog carefully or send us the measurements and we'll work with our supplier to get the correct size item to you.

Gift Certificates purchased in our shop are issued by PayPal. Please review the terms and conditions of sale of the Certificate when purchasing.
